A Reverse Analysis identifies a specific submarket for you to look for land in. A Reverse Analysis for boat and RV storage, flex warehouse or contractor yards will give a wider range - I will generation recommend you look for land in up to a ten-mile radius - and a self-storage or storage condo Reverse Analysis will produce a range usually from two to five miles to search for a parcel depending on the market. Sensei works with your parameters to identify the most viable market to met and validate your goals.

Each Reverse Study is $4,400 per location and takes about two weeks to complete. $3,900 of this fee is then applied to the cost of a Full Feasibility Analysis. Because I may discard multiple locations while completing this study before settling on one, it takes longer than an Initial Study and also includes all of the information that would be in an Initial Study.
